SPIN CLASS is a high-intensity, fun, and exciting workout. Choreographed to great music weekly by our instructor in a fun, party setting. Class capacity is 14 so be sure to arrive early to reserve a bike! Class is Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6pm.
